Account Assistant Job at Dreamworks Productions

Responsibilities:

• Input financial transactions into the accounting system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues identified during the reconciliation process.
• Assist with billing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Track and categorize business expenses.
• Verify and process employee expense reports.
• Generate and distribute financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
