What position we are looking for?

Academic Mentor- A professional and friendly teacher who is in charge of kids' study improvement and maintains a good relationship with users. This is a position with many calls as we are an online Edu app, all the doubts solving and support provided to students will be done through WhatsApp/Calls, please do consider this before applying for the Mentor position.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure students attend the session, finish the homework, participate in learning with the institution. Assist students in reviewing their progress, skills, and achievements. Help students with their doubts and homework.
• Monitoring the study performance of the student on a daily basis  
• Collates data and update parents on the week-to-week learning status of the students through WhatsApp messages and calls.
• Maintaining a good relationship with all your students and parents, solve all their problems, able to provide solutions for different cases. Provide the best support and get maximum satisfaction from users.
• Also, sales will be involved which will be target based

Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days Working)

Language: English and Hindi (must)

Shift Timings: 12 p.m.- 9 p.m.

Salary Structure- (70% - Fixed, 30% - Variable)

Education: B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc. (10th & 12th standard - ICSE /CBSE - 70% ,State Board - 75 % )
