Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Counsel potential students/working professionals over calls, video calls, direct visits at the center to inform them about products and assist in making career decisions
• Guide students on the advantages of online learning over offline learning
• Explain the features and unique selling points (USPs) of online learning products to students
• Conduct product demos for students
• Achieve daily sales targets by selling online courses
• Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales
• Resolve product-related queries from students
• Update databases and utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Manage cash flow at the center
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Requirements:

• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional selling skills
• Fluent in Hindi language
• A good team player with strong people skills
• Outspoken and proactive
• Experience in the Edtech sector is preferred
