Testbook is hiring for the role of Academic Counselor!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Counsel potential students/ working professionals over call/ VC /DS / direct visit at the center to inform them about a product and help them in making better career decisions.
- Guide students on how online learning is better than offline learning.
- Explain Online Learning products and their USPs to students.
- Give product demos to students.
- Sell online courses and achieve daily sales targets.
- Lead generation and regular follow-ups to prospect lead for sales.
- Update databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements:
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very strong selling skills
- Fluent in Hindi language
- Good team player
- Outspoken with good people skills
- Experience in Edtech sector is preferred.
