Testbook is hiring for the role of Academic Counselor!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Counsel potential students/ working professionals over call/ VC /DS / direct visit at center to inform them about a product and help them in making better career decisions.
- Guide students on how online learning is better than offline learning
- Explain Online Learning products and its USPs to students
- Give product demo to students
- Sell online courses and achieve daily sales target
- Lead generation and regular follow-ups to prospect leads for sales
- Product related student’s queries resolutions
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Cash Management at the center
Requirements:
- Well-versed with Microsoft Excel and google sheet
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very strong selling skills
- Fluent in Hindi language
- Good team player
- Outspoken with good people skills
- Experience in the Edtech sector is preferred
