Academic Advisor Job in Karimnagar at Lead School

Lead School is hiring for the role of Academic Advisor!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders, Academic coordinators, and teachers in LEAD partner schools to drive implementation of the LEAD academic system that delivers excellent student outcomes.
• Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools through regular observations and data-driven conversations.
• Share insightful and meaningful reports at regular intervals to showcase student and teacher performance, and interventions that are being carried out.
• Build academic relationships with School owners, Principals, Academic coordinators, and teachers
• Collaborate with other functions in the organization to effectively solve problems that hamper partner school experience with LEAD.
• Proactively gather insights from the field and feed them back internally to improve the LEAD academic system.

Requirements:  

• 3 years in an academic support role and 3-5 years of K10 teaching experience (Teacher, Principal, Academic coordinator) 
• 1-2 years of fellowship experience and 3-4 years of post-fellowship
• 2+ years experience of managing teacher teams
• EdTech or SchoolTech industry background in academic operations/ academic consultant roles.
• Education from any Bachelor's degree (B.Ed, M.Ed preferable)
• Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days a month.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
• Graduation with strong training and facilitation background in Pedagogy and Curriculum implementation
