About the IJF’23 at IIT-Delhi(Online)
IJF’23 is one of the most pivotal events in the history of Asia’s biggest cultural fest, Rendezvous, IIT-Delhi(Online). Not only is this first of its kind employment fest by being completely paperless, but also is India’s largest job fair by being placed at the heart of a footfall of over 160k college students which enables companies to hire out of a talented pool of over 10,000 freshers from 250+ colleges.
We are planning to get our freshers over 600 jobs or internships during the 4-day fest from over 100+ reputed startups and companies across the nation who will be participating in the fair.

No, a candidate can only apply in a maximum of 5 job openings during a particular job fair.
Yes, the job fair at Rendezvous, IIT Delhi is open to all. You can apply for any job that you see fit.
The job openings in the fest are all walk-in, hence the last date of registration is the last day of Rendezvous, IIT- Delhi's cultural fest.
Yes, any under-graduate in their final year of graduation is eligible to apply for a job in the Rendezvous, job fair. While, graduates in their non-final year can apply for available internships.
No, it is free for all candidates to apply and take the interviews in the job fair at IIT-Delhi.
The available jobs will be visible on the platform a week prior to the Rendezvous fest. Until then, GetWork will help you prepare yourself for the same.
While there is no assurance that a candidate will be able to land the job that he/she applied for, but unplaced candidates will be supported by GetWork even after the fair.
