An HR’s job is to evaluate and review the policies at least once a year and update them accordingly. It is required to suggest changes to the policies when the organization structure changes or when they no longer serve employees.

Human Resources can help employees through circumstances and sudden life occurrences like health issues, myriad, mental illnesses, etc.

Employees do not work only for the pay that an organization offers. Right benefits play an important role in the retention of employees. Extra pay might make employees happier like vacations, a childcare budget, etc. Human resources responsibility and role is to align the goals to maintain balance.
